I purchased this sd card for my teenage granddaughter. It works very well for her. I'd recommend it to anyone desiring the neeeded space to take numerous pictures and video.

Prior to Christmas I found this card on [...] for [...] and it had so many great reviews, I bought three of them. When my hubby presented me with a new digital camera for Christmas (Canon SD880)which came with only a 32mb card, I was thrilled to have these 8gb cards on standby. It worked as advertised... for 8 weeks.
Then it just broke. I have tried formatting it from Windows, Mac Os, Linux, using fdisk, using cameras, using gadgets, and nothing.
Just stopped working...

The "Transcend 8 GB SDHC Class 6 Flash Memory Card" is a very good value for an 8gb SDHC storage card. I am using this card in a Creative Labs 4gb Zen MP3 player to hold music and pictures. Here are my observations:
* Inexpensive for the Size
* Very Fast Transfer Speeds
The card works as expected, recommended!

Super price and have been reliable. Have had the first one for about a year with no problems at all, and just added a second one. I've successfully used them with my Canon S3 and for file storage with a card reader.
